Sell-side advisory in the sale of a pharmacy to an investment fund

The client, owner of a pharmacy, wanted to take a step back and find a new pharmacist to take over. We assisted with finding potential buyers and set up a bidding process. After several bids were received, a letter of intent was signed with the most promising candidate, a private equity fund. We assisted the client by negotiated the best deal terms, assisted with preparing the due diligence and and ensured a smooth and succesful process.
